Thank You For Supporting
Park County's Week Of The Young Child

We are so grateful to the local businesses and organizations helping us celebrate Park County’s youngest learners and all of the adults who support them. Your participation makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families throughout our community.

There are many ways you can get involved, including:

  • Host a free activity booth at the WOYC Kickoff Carnival on April 11th at the Civic Center

  • Volunteer to help with the set up and clean-up of the Carnival (moving tables, sweeping etc.)

  • Financial sponsorship of The WOYC Kickoff Carnival to help keep the event free for families and participating organizations.

  • Host a special family-friendly event at your place of business during the week

  • Offer discounts or specials at your business for young families or early childhood professionals

  • Donate items, services, or financial support for early childhood professional appreciation efforts for our local preschool and daycare teachers

  • Host or sponsor an appreciation dinner or event honoring local preschool and daycare teachers

We invite you to sign up below and join us in making this week extra special for our children, families, and early childhood educators. Thank you for your support—it truly makes a difference!

If you are curious about possible ways to contribute and would like to arrange an in person conversation you can email our coordinator, Mandy Johnstone.

Participation Submission Deadline to be included in the Week of the Young Child advertising campaign is March 1st.

Week of the Young Child Participation Request

Please give us a detailed description of how you would like to participate and we'll be in touch!

Would you like to apply for a free booth at our April 11th Kickoff Carnival? Spaces may be limited, and applications are subject to the approval of the planning committee. All activities offered must be provided FREE for families. If you would like to participate, please give us a detailed description of the booth you'd like to host. Please include the activity planned, booth size requested, and if you'll be needing a table. Also, please note that of respect to the amazing staff at the Civic Center, we cannot have any activities where children are using paint, glitter, or playdough. They just create too big of a mess.
