One Health Programs
The Park County Early Childhood Coalition hosts several FREE weekly events for young families including Playgroups and Music Classes.
The Parents as Teachers program offers free, personalized support for expecting parents and families with children ages 0-5. We believe that "parents are their child's first and most important teacher!" Our goal is to help you navigate every developmental milestone with confidence and joy. Our trained parent coaches provide guidance in areas like attachment, health, nutrition, sleep safety, discipline, and physical, mental and social growth. Whether you're a first-time parent or have been through it before, we're here to support your parenting journey every step of the way.
The Parent Liaisons Program offers free one-on-one support for any Livingston parent with a child in public school: Winans, East Side, SGMS & PHS.

For all people 16 and older who don’t have a high school diploma, we offer free, one-on-one HiSET/GED preparation and tutoring. We offer the HiSET test twice a month, year-round.
Circle of Security is a parenting workshop based upon decades of attachment research. Taking a class with one of our trained facilitators will strengthen your relationship with your child
A welcoming group for new and expecting moms who wish to connect with other moms.
All are welcome to this nourishing group, free of judgement and unsolicited advice, where all voices are heard and listened to.

The role of the Child Care Licensing (CCL) program is to monitor, inspect, and support licensed and registered childcare facilities, as well as those working to become licensed or registered.

Southwest Chemical Dependency program (SWCDP) is a non-profit corporation providing outpatient treatment in chemical dependency, codependency, prevention/education.
SWCDP is a state approved treatment center offering Intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment for chemical dependency. SWCDP endorses a treatment philosophy of total abstinence from all mood altering drugs and actively promotes the recovery principles of Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, and Narcotics Anonymous as primary treatment tools, in addition to 1on1 counseling, Group counseling, Peer Support and Case managemen
CASA of Park and Sweet Grass Counties is a 501 (C) (3) nonprofit organization that provides volunteer advocates to represent the best interests of child abuse or neglect victims. CASA of Park and Sweet Grass Counties serves the Sixth Judicial Court District and is affiliated with both Montana CASA/GAL Association and the National CASA Association. Our organization covers 100% of child abuse and neglect cases in this district.
For over fifty years, the Montana Legal Services Association has helped ensure fairness for all in Montana’s justice system by providing civil, non-criminal legal services to low income Montanans living in all 56 Montana counties and on all Tribal Reservations.
Angel Line provides door to door transportation services to the residents of Park County who are: Senior citizens 60 and over, disabled individuals of all ages, and individuals or caregivers who are assisting Angel Line clients

Families in need can apply for assistance. Examples of past funding for individuals and families include: • Gas cards so a family could take a child to an out of town hospital • Orthotic inserts so a waitress could stay on her feet and keep her job • Travel and conference expenses so family caregivers could learn to take care of a child with disabilities
Founded in 2000, we are the SOS charity which takes up the slack where government programs leave off or where there aren't resources, to help community members who “fall between the cracks” through crisis events or hard times by providing basic human needs or whatever will help at the point of need.
Free firewood for people in need.
We provide a safe place for individuals aged 18 and over who have mental health or co-occurring disorders to gather for socialization, support, and access to community services, free of charge.
